With this project, we aim to <strong>increase and improve the use of retrieval practice<\/strong> through <strong>flashcards<\/strong> (commonly known as <strong>flashcards<\/strong>) as a learning tool.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Active Learning Association<\/strong> is proud to lead the <strong>FLASH-RET<\/strong> project, which also includes two European schools: <strong>Gheorghe Asachi Botosani Technical High School<\/strong> from Romania, and <strong>Lodz International Innovative Education Primary School<\/strong> from Teachers learned to use technologies such as <strong>Quizlet<\/strong> to create interactive flashcards that address various dimensions of knowledge, and to incorporate techniques like <strong>spaced and interleaved repetition<\/strong> to enhance student knowledge retention. The results of the pilot tests have been positive, and all teachers have observed an increase in student motivation and engagement. Tras <strong>16 meses de trabajo, aprendizaje y colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, nos complace <strong>compartir los resultados<\/strong> del proyecto FLASH-RET. Esta iniciativa <strong>Erasmus+ <\/strong>uni\u00f3 a <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Aprendizaje Activo<\/strong> (Espa\u00f1a), el <strong>Colegio T\u00e9cnico Gheorghe Asachi<\/strong> (Ruman\u00eda) y la <strong>Escuela Internacional de Lodz<\/strong> (Polonia) para explorar e implementar el uso efectivo de las flashcards como estrategia dentro de la pr\u00e1ctica de la evocaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pr\u00e1ctica de la evocaci\u00f3n es una estrategia de aprendizaje basada en la evidencia que implica recordar activamente informaci\u00f3n. Este enfoque mejora la retenci\u00f3n de conocimientos, el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico. Con FLASH-RET, buscamos integrar esta estrategia en las aulas de toda Europa.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>El Camino de FLASH-RET<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto comenz\u00f3 con el desarrollo de un <\/span><b>manual completo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que combina teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica. Este recurso incluye gu\u00edas paso a paso, estrategias de inclusi\u00f3n y ejemplos concretos para que los docentes puedan utilizar las flashcards de forma efectiva. Gracias a las aportaciones de profesores y expertos, el manual responde a diversas necesidades educativas. Estas sesiones brindaron herramientas pr\u00e1cticas a los profesores de estos centros educativos para incorporar las flashcards en sus clases. Los docentes tambi\u00e9n participaron en la evaluaci\u00f3n de la primera versi\u00f3n del manual, asegurando que se ajustara a las necesidades reales del aula. Esta experiencia pr\u00e1ctica permiti\u00f3 perfeccionar las estrategias bas\u00e1ndonos en las opiniones de profesores y alumnos. Adem\u00e1s, se crearon dos videos inspiradores que muestran casos de \u00e9xito en el uso de estas t\u00e9cnicas. Todos los profesores y estudiantes que estuvieron involucrados en estas experiencias quedaron s\u00faper contentos despu\u00e9s de conocer todas las maneras en las que pod\u00edan utilizar las <em>flashcards<\/em> para mejorar el aprendizaje.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, en los \u00faltimos meses hemos desarrollado <\/span><b>materiales de alta calidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, incluyendo plantillas editables y sets de <em>flashcards<\/em> listos para ser usados. Ten\u00edamos muchas ganas de por fin presentar estos recursos que est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para diferentes edades, asignaturas y estudiantes con distintas necesidades, garantizando inclusividad y versatilidad.
